Pilgrim
white horses as silver forerode her majesty
while safety years passed he mellifluous yet toothless
and children three or maybe four :- those heirs aspired
to no more than the hazard of
the wealth of silver teapots
now she grows bow backed
and silver oars across the final river
she -> off to Hades made
man is made of paste
solute to a silver age of rain
thinly wearing absolute he yet
dissolve he -> off to Spain
he pilgrimaged a sober age to holyplace
where trunk neck bowed the trees do hang
and sobbing tells the story his
if trees have eyes
then destination of their eyebrows raised
for they never heard such love and rot
all in one man
