oil and silver on canvas
originally intended as a Picasso like image using conics
and trying to encapsulate movement in a still image
firstly the structure is based on two diagonals - the (distorted)arms
and are opposed by the leg - the shoulder and head are both
displaced and on curves to eccentuate the movement - the head effectively
has a chunk missing for this purpose
the image is only about half done - undecided as whether to palce in
woodland or on open grass hillside - artemis being the goddess of love
hunting hillsides and woods - only later in roman times associted with the
moon (Selene) - will add a silver bow [hence the pun in title]
under nearset leg at point of ankle - to look as though shes holding
either the bow tips or the string
